We want to keep building a workplace where everyone feels like they belong, including people with learning differences or disabilities. If you need any adjustments to the interview process because of a difference or disability, please let us know.

Our Recruitment Process 💼

Generally, we have a 2 stage process to make sure we’re getting the right people to join our team.

First, we’ll schedule a 30 mins informal chat with a member of our team to work out if we think at this stage we are a good fit for each other. If this goes well then we follow up with a second stage interview to talk more about your skills and personal attributes - we also include in this a culture fit focus where we really zone in on our company values and make sure we’re really well aligned to each other.

Sometimes, if it’s do-able, we like to meet people face to face so that we can properly see how we interact together in a more human way or we may schedule a final meeting to introduce you to a few more of the team.

Interviews are a two-way process and at all stages, you can ask as many questions as you want to find out about us!
